We deliver technology and professional services to State, Local, and Federal government and to private entities. Our primary focus is on digital transformation and modernization through enterprise content management. With over 25 years of experience in content management, business analysis, project management, support, and training, the team at Next Phase Solutions is driven to ensure our customer’s “next phase” is a success.
Mary McKnight, CEO
Mary has diverse experience exploring all facets of organizational change through digital transformation. From transitioning public school systems from textbooks to electronic content to taking courtrooms paperless, Mary has influenced and implemented a broad array of digital modernization success stories. Mary has over a decade of experience delivering solutions for a variety of government entities and has lead mutiple professional services organizations. Mary became CEO of Next Phase Solutions in 2018. Her ability to focus on detail while simultaneously exploring the big picture provides executive direction to the team.
David Godiksen, President
A small business owner since 1997, David has spent his career learning what people need and helping them get it. Whether working in public or private sector, David’s proven ability to identify root cause issues and offer nimble solutions to solve them has built long-term relationships founded on trust and respect. David implemented paperless solutions for over 15 county governments in Florida during the 2000s and grew beyond Florida to implement solutions throughout the US, including the US Army. David brings a depth of knowledge of the industry and commitment to people that sets him apart from other solution providers.
Sam Wilsey, Director of Solutions
Sam has been involved in the Electronic Content Management (ECM) space since 2005. He has experience working from all sides of the ECM marketplace; as a vendor, value added reseller, and end user. He worked directly for Hyland Software as a leader in Tech Support, was the system administrator of multiple ECM solutions for customers, and has implemented dozens of solutions to optimize process efficiency using OnBase, AnyDoc, Brainware, Parascript, and Canon scanners. As Director of Solutions, Sam leads a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high quality solutions while focusing on continuous improvement.
Christopher R. Sharpley, Managing Director of Federal Practice
With a stellar career of over 40 years of public service, Christopher understands the complex needs facing our Nation’s government. Serving as Inspector General for CIA, Federal Housing Finance Agency, the U.S. Treasury’s Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), and in support of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Chris has spent much of his career spearheading efforts to identify and mitigate risk, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the security of mission critical data. As Managing Director of Federal Practice, Chris shapes initiatives that provide federal agencies with solutions to data and process challenges.
